Are you between 17 and 24, an Australian citizen or a permanent resident and would like to be part of a team that will make a difference to the environment in your local community? Register now for the Riverland project, which is a residential project within the Gluepot Reserve, commencing on 6 February 2017.

Team members will be working a 30 hour week, 10 hours per day for three days.  Food, accommodation and uniform provided.  Participants will earn an allowance of up to $16.45 per hour.

The Green Army is an Australian Government initiative that allows young people to develop skills, undertake training and gain experience in the delivery of conservation. The Green Army will provide all the tools, personal protection equipment and training required for each project.

Participants will gain skills including first aid and safety certificates, whilst learning practical skills from Rangers. Participating in the project is a huge opportunity for anyone who wants to learn skills in the environmental industry including flora and fauna surveys, pest management, camera trap monitoring, fencing, weed control and more.
