Permanent closure of existing road reserve between Lot 61 and Lot 62
At the request of the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics, MacDonnell Regional Council is proposing to permanently close the unnamed road reserve (an area totalling about 2,560m²) located between Lot 61 and Lot 62. See attached map and survey plan.
This closure is being proposed in order to create five new lots (Lots to be numbered 81, 82, 83, 84 and 85) in the vicinity.
Objections to the proposal must be in writing and submitted to MacDonnell Regional Council no later than 30 September 2017.
