Your recycling service is now back on track. Please put your recycling bin out for collection on the usual day.

We apologise for the inconvenience some residents and businesses experienced during the service disruption.

This disruption was due to our recycling contractor undergoing a driver shortage and is unrelated to the recent changes in China’s recycling policy.  

As a matter of urgency, additional trucks were deployed as soon as possible to make up for missed bin collections. We are working with our contractor to ensure services remain on schedule in the future.

Just a reminder, if your regular kerbside waste collection service falls on Good Friday this year, we’ll collect your bins the following day on Saturday 31 March, 2018.

You can report a missed collection or damage to your bin by calling 9278 4444 between 8am and 5.15pm on weekdays or tell us about the problem online.
