In an increasingly digital world, Councillors made a unanimous decision to invest in a comprehensive digital transformation to meet our community’s expectations. In fact, two successive Councils since 2015 agreed to this significant project. 

The digital transformation should not be confused with a mere website redevelopment. It is a comprehensive effort over multiple stages to link our systems and deliver a seamless digital service.

Our priority is to focus on delivering the best possible customer experience. The changes you see to our website are the tip of the iceberg. Our commitment will make Council interactions accessible round the clock and on any device. Importantly, this digital transformation will continue delivering benefits to customers well into the future.
