Boroondara Police invite you to lodge the location of your camera on their secure, voluntary register, and help apprehend offenders
Privately owned, residential CCTV cameras are an increasingly important investigative tool for the police when protecting the public, often helping to identify offenders.
The privacy of households who register their CCTV is a priority at all times. Police will always discuss the circumstances with you when requesting access to footage, and whether you decide to supply it is up to you.
You may also remove your voluntary registration at any time.
