Mother’s Day in Boroondara

Shopping and dining precincts across Boroondara will be buzzing this Mother’s Day.

If you’re stuck for ideas for mum, why not keep things local and take her to one of our shopping villages for a meal, a spot of shopping or even a film.

Several of our shopping villages are running competitions and have activities running ahead of the day, with lots of prizes up for grabs—see details below.

If you and your mum feel like a bit of old-world charm, then head to Maling Road in Canterbury.

The famous shopping strip includes over 50 shops, many of which have been restored to their original Edwardian style.

You can take mum along to sample gourmet goodies at a speciality deli or satisfy her sweet tooth at an old-fashioned lolly store.
