There has been some community discussion regarding noticeable odours in the area recently.

The Town's Health Services Staff are working to identify the source of any odours, and would appreciate input from the community.  Please find the Town's Odour Log Sheet here.

The Odour Log Sheet can be printed, filled in, and provided to our Health Services Staff to help establish a pattern of occurrences across the community.

Please email completed log sheets to [email protected], post to PO Box 87, Bassendean WA 6934, or deliver by hand to our Customer Service Centre at 35 Old Perth Rd, Bassendean.  Log sheets to be marked Attn: Health Services.
