We all know how frustrating it can be to use badly designed websites. This is especially true when it comes to government. The City of Casey is transforming our website to deliver a better online experience for you. This first release is what we call a beta. Why are we releasing a beta? A beta is a very, very early version of our new website. It gives us a space to test new designs, concepts and services with you. Right now, it doesn’t include a lot. But we’re working on it all the time. In fact, we’re probably working on it right now. By releasing early, you have more opportunity to give us your feedback on how we can improve. How you can help For a beta to succeed we need your feedback. So, please, visit the beta site, have a play and let us know what you think. There is a link to a short survey on the beta site. It will only take a couple of minutes to complete. What you can do on the beta As of this moment, you can access most of our services. Some of these will have the new look and feel but many won’t. We’re working hard to get everything up to date. What’s next? We’ll keep adding to the beta website. New pages will be published on the beta website before pages on the old website have been removed. Once we’re sure we’ve built you a website you can use, we’ll flick the switch and turn off the old website. We'll work hard to make this transition as easy as possible and give you plenty of warning.
