Yee-ha! One of the all-time classics of cinema is coming to the Karralyka screen!

The 1953 Academy-Award-winning movie musical Calamity Jane is screening on Tuesday 10 July 2018, as part of Karralyka’s Toe-Tapping Tuesdays!

In this much-loved western movie musical, Doris Day stars as Calamity Jane – the hard-riding, boastful, gun-toting girl from Deadwood, a lonely town in Dakota. In this rollicking good time of a movie, Jane goes from misadventure and unrequited love to a romance with Wild Bill Hickok (played by Howard Keel).

Experience the comfort of the Karralyka theatre, with its tiered seating and state-of-the-art sound and projection equipment.

And as with every Toe-Tapping Tuesday show, you’ll receive free tea and coffee with delicious treats from 45 minutes prior to the show.
