A Special Meeting of Mitchell Shire Council will be held in the Council Chamber, 113 High Street Broadford on Monday 22 August 2016 commencing at 5.00pm. 

This meeting will be closed to members of the public to consider the following confidential business:

- Claim ats Rural City of Seymour s89(2)(f) legal advice

In accordance with section 89(4A) of the Local Government Act 1989, the extraordinary circumstances for this Special Meeting is that a decision is urgently required for a legal hearing.
