Mitchell Shire Council is improving road safety along a 700m stretch of Seymour-Avenel Road with work starting this week. The $166,000 project is entirely grant funded through the Federal Governmentâ€™s Black Spot Programme. This Black Spot Programme Project is one of two that Council will be undertaking this year.
