Achieving more than twice the work on nearly half the budget is what Mitchell Shire Councilâ€™s Works Department is doing with a new approach to roadside height and width clearance. Previously, Council would remove vegetation from the side of roads and attend to overhanging branches on about 80 Kilometres of our 1300 kilometre road network a year.
