Repair to damaged roads

Ararat Rural City Council has had a number of sealed roads deteriorate during the last 3 to 4 weeks resulting in major potholes forming. The deterioration can be attributed to increased heavy vehicle movements associated with harvest and the traffic detours associated with the VicRoads bridgeworks at Rossbridge.

Council’s Works Department is currently undertaking digout and patching repairs along Mount William Road, Delacombe Way, Tatyoon North Road and Tatyoon Road.

Council asks that drivers take care on these roads until works are complete.
