Dunsborough Townscape Upgrade Stages 4 & 5

Tthe City of Busselton has commenced construction of Stages 4 and 5 of the Dunsborough Townscape Upgrade.  The works will impact on:

1. STAGE 4 - Dunsborough Place/Dunn Bay Road/Naturaliste Terrace roundabout, requiring the closure of all access legs.

2. STAGE 5 – Dunn Bay Road between Hannay Lane and Seymour Boulevard, requiring closure of this section of road.

Works are planned for completed by 30 November, subject to weather conditions.  Works are scheduled to continue through the September / October school holidays, in order to reduce the overall length of the project.

The project includes road reconstruction, footpath construction and landscaping with the City reopening completed sections as soon as is practicable, based upon individual staging requirements.

Advance warning of the roundabout works will be provided via the use of variable message boards located at strategic locations in the vicinity of the works.  Traffic management and detours will be in place and delays should be expected.  Otherwise, it is advisable to seek alternative routes around the works wherever possible.
