Moree Plains Shire Council is preparing a Master Plan for the existing Moree Cemetery with a proposed extension on a greenfield site located south of the existing cemetery, bounded by the Mehi River (to the site’s south), and rural residential developments (east and west).
Members of the public are invited to drop into one of the community consultation meetings week on 14-15 June 2018, to comment on the current use of the Moree Cemetery and provide suggestions for its future development.
You can come at any time during the drop-in sessions to talk to the consultants at the Moree Community Library meeting room (upstairs):
