Feedback on CCTV along Blue Mile Tramway

Wollongong City Council is seeking feedback from the community on the installation of CCTV cameras on the Blue Mile Tramway pathway.

Council uses CCTV cameras throughout the city to enhance safety of the public, to reduce personal and property crime and to protect public assets. To find out more about Council’s CCTV policy visit our website.

Council is looking to install CCTV cameras along the pathway between Brighton Beach and the tramway cutting. There is already existing CCTV in the foreshore precinct. Community members can view Council plans on our website. Feedback on the proposal closes at 5pm 19 August 2018. You can also make a comment via email.
