Get involved in some fun activities for children during the Desert Harmony Festival

Are you interested in helping with or hosting workshops for local kids? Would you like to support the children of Tennant Creek and be involved with some fun activities, ranging from making video diaries and bunting to painting and a colour run?
Tennant Creek Connect – Kids and Families – is holding a space for kids and their families for two days (4&5 August) during the Desert Harmony Festival (3-7 August) and would love the involvement of interested locals.
Local kids have big aspirations: I want to … “be an entrepreneur”, “buy a house”, ‘be a footy star”, “be a vet” and “own a café”, they recently told project workers at TC Connect.
So come on, channel your inner child and get involved in the fun and help Tennant Creek children be all that they can be.
