Dog registration renewals have started to hit letter boxes and we have noticed some concession allowances have not migrated across to the new system (a minor glitch in other words). If you receive your notice and see that the concession is missing, this is simply addressed online using DACO when confirming your details or when popping into a Council office and producing your card to verify your concession. Council customer service staff will also ask upon renewing if there are any concessions as reviewing owner details is part of the renewal process.
