Ageing Disgracefully 2018

The City of Swan presents a free, fun day full of information on the best ways to age!

The day will feature Daniel Lane, Clinical Director of the Perth Brain Centre, who will present a fascinating talk on 'The Youthful Brain'.

Daniel has a wealth of knowledge experience in areas such as chronic pain, depression, anxiety, strokes, dementia and protecting your brain.

Brendan Fosdike will also inspire you with 'The Medicine of Music'. There will also be stalls, morning tea, comedy and music!

The event will take place at Altone Park Leisure Centre on Wednesday September 19, 2018 from 8.30am until 1.30pm.
