China National Sword Policy

Recent news about the impacts of China bans to import recycling materials and an interstate Council sending recyclable materials to landfill may have you concerned about what is happening to your recycling.

The situation is very different to SA and this is not something that is currently being considered by Campbelltown.

In South Australia, all recyclable material in the green and yellow bin must be sent to a licenced recycling facility under the Environment Protection (Waste to Resources) Policy 2010.
