DAs made easier

Lodging and paying for Mosman development applications (DAs) is now easier after Mosman Council implemented a number of digital enhancements to streamline the process.

A new interactive PDF development application form will allow customers to type details directly into the form for development applications, review applications and modification applications.

Residents can also now book time with customer service staff to pay the fees that are required to be paid before a Construction Certificate can be issued via a booking calendar on Council’s website.

Residents will benefit from reduced waiting time as they can book a set appointment at a time and date that suits them and they will also receive a reminder of all documents required for the appointment in a reminder email.
