Ouyen Lake - Geographic Naming Proposal

The Ouyen Lake Committee has requested Council undertake a naming process for the lake and some roads/tracks along Fairy Dell Hill in Ouyen.

The area is Crown Land reserved for Public Recreation, under a Committee of Management. Approval has been granted by the Land Managers and the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning to undertake the naming process.

The names below were chosen by the Committee and comply with the Naming Rules for Places in Victoria, statutory requirements for naming roads, features and localities 2016.

Members of the public can provide feedback on the proposal by written submission to Mildura Rural City Council, PO Box 105, Mildura VIC 3502 or via email to [email protected] 

Timeframe

All submissions must be received by 26 September 2018.
