The City of Swan proposes to make a local law relating to Meeting Procedures.

The purpose of the local law is to provide for the proper conduct of Council meetings, Committee meetings, agenda forums and briefing sessions.

The effect of the local law is intended to result in the orderly and efficient conduct of meetings dealing with business of the Council.

A copy of the proposed local law may be inspected online, at the City's Administration Office at 2 Midland Square, Midland and at any public library within the City of Swan during normal opening hours.

Submissions about the proposed local law may be made to the CEO by Friday, October 19, 2018.

Submissions should contain the reference 'Meeting Procedures' and can be sent to the City either via email at [email protected] or via post to City of Swan, PO Box 196, Midland WA 6936. We request your submission include your name and address.
