The North Sydney Children's Festival is an annual, free community event for children and their families.

Food stallholder applications are now open for the festival on

27 October 2018 10am - 2pm

The event is held in Civic Park, at 200 Miller St, North Sydney

A limited number of food stalls offering a good variety of food options are located on Miller Street.

Preference will be given to food stallholders with the most appropriate and healthy menu options for children and the most reasonable prices for families.

The fee for Food Stall holders is waived in return for Stallholders offering their products at affordable prices for families. You must fill out the online application form to be considered.  Applications received by post will not be accepted. By submitting an application your place has not been reserved or booked. The status of your application is pending assessment. Following assessment of your application you will be notified within 30 days of the closing date if your application has been successful or unsuccessful.

Stallholders may arrive up to three hours before the event starts and leave up to two hours after the event finishes for set up and pack up.

Council information stalls include Bushcare and Environmental Sustainability, as well as Stanton Library. Local community groups participate such as kindergartens, after-school care, playgroups, Scout groups and Early Childhood Centres who which provide free art and craft.

Please note all stallholders applying must provide their own Public and Product Liability Insurance of at least $20,000,000.

Responsibilities

Upon submitting your application you will be asked if you agree that - I/We certify that I/we will accept responsibility under the NSW Food Act 2003, the Food Regulation 2010, the Australian and New Zealand Food Code (FSANZ), Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwlth), Trade Measurement Act 1989 (repealed), Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW) as the proprietor of the stall.
