Pool Safety is Critical

Quilpie Shire Council would like to remind residents that swimming pools above or below ground must comply with the Australian pool safety standards. The pool safety standard covers such things as the height and strength of barriers, mandatory non-climbable zones, gates and their latching requirements and preventing direct access from a building into a pool area. Failure to comply with these standards will result with on-the-spot fines. Please view the full advertisement here
