Changes to on demand transport

Published: 14 August 2018

This change is occurring as part of the NSW Government’s On Demand Transport Pilot Program, which has been trialling a range of on-demand models across Sydney in order to learn as much as possible about providing flexible transport services for the community, with the aim of improving the entire transport network.

The BRIDJ service will operate to and from Rose Bay Ferry Wharf from Bondi, North Bondi and Dover Heights at these times:

Weekday mornings 6am-9am

Weekday afternoons 3pm-9pm

Weekends 8am-8.30pm

The BRIDJ app can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play, and using OpalPay or Credit Card. The cost of a one-way journey will be $3.10, or $1.50 for concession card holders. An introductory fare-free period will run from 20-31 August.

More information, including a map of the service zone and how to download the BRIDJ app can be found here.
