News Gratuity Policy Aug 02 2018 The Shire of Ashburton’s new Gratuity Policy was adopted at the 18 July 2018 Ordinary Meeting of Council and outlines the circumstances in which gratuity payments may be made to an employee. This Policy should be read in conjunction with section 5.50 of the Local Government Act 1995 and Local Government Administration Regulations 1996, specifically regulation 19a. The Shire’s Gratuity Policy is now available to view on the Shire’s website under ‘Publications’, or alternatively the document is also available for public viewing at the Shire’s Administration office’s located at:  - 246 Poinciana Street, Tom Price and  - 9 Second Avenue, Onslow.
