#MyCampaspe Calendar Photo Competition now open

It’s time to get creative and enter your best shire shots in this year’s #MyCampaspe Photo Competition for your chance to feature in Campaspe Shire’s 2019 calendar.

Campaspe Shire Mayor Cr Adrian Weston said get your friends and family involved by photographing what they love doing in our beautiful countryside.

“Get your friends behind you by posting your photos on Instagram and Facebook using hashtags #MyCampaspe and #LoveWhereYouLive.”

“We have had so many great entries over the years, but the best photos are the ones that tell a story, or capture the essence of our region and our people.”

“With 8,000 calendars printed, your photo will be proudly displayed in households and businesses throughout the shire,” Cr Weston said.

The competition is now open and will close on 24 September with everyone welcome to enter, however the photo must be taken within the Shire of Campaspe.

Each entrant can submit up to five photos with the lucky winners receiving a free, full colour calendar. Each of these winning entries will also receive $50.

Selected photos for the competition will form part of council’s photographic library and feature in promotional publications, council reports and on social media.

“It’s a great opportunity to bring out your artistic flair and visually portray what you like best about our great region,” the Mayor said.

Photographs can be taken from cameras, smartphones or any other photographic device so long as the image is of a high resolution.
