The City will shortly begin resurfacing works on Ashby Terrace in Viveash, from Tyne Link to Harford Avenue, as part of the annual resurfacing program.
Resurfacing works will commence on Monday September 3, 2018 and will finish on Friday October 26, 2018. This may be extended if adverse weather conditions are experienced. All resurfacing works will be undertaken between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
The works will include drainage and resurfacing of Ashby Terrace, crossover works, kerb and footpath removal and reinstatement. There may be instances where property access is impacted.
The resurfacing works will be completed in five stages:

Local residents on Ashby Terrace within the closure will still have access to their properties however some delays should be anticipated. Attached is a plan showing the road and footpath detour routes.
The City requests residents postpone any on-call verge collections until two weeks after the completion of works.
The resurfacing works will impact a number of Transperth services including bus stops. Please refer to Transperth for up to date information.
