Upgraded Bombala Playground a step closer to completion

Snowy Monaro Regional Council is excited to announce Bombala Playground is a step closer to completion with site works commencing next week.
Ten playgrounds will be upgraded/constructed throughout the region as part of the Stronger Communities Fund Major Projects Program. Bombala Playground is the first to be upgraded with works starting the week of Monday 20 August.
The revitalised playground is expected to be opened to the public near the end of September. A grand opening will be held to mark the occasion with local children set to enjoy the playground’s upgraded equipment and facilities.
To ensure the upgrades can be completed as quickly as possible, the playground will be closed to the public until construction is complete. Council thanks the public for their cooperation and looks forward to the playground’s opening.
