You can’t call a festival “Eat Your Heart Out” without offering a tantalising array of food – and Liverpool CBD’s signature event does just that with cuisine from across the world.
On 25 August, 2pm-9pm, Railway Street in Liverpool CBD will combine amazing food, live music and performances, markets, Garden Games and art into a feast for the senses.
Eat Your Heart Out Liverpool producer Vi Girgis said this year’s food line-up includes restaurants, food trucks and pop-ups with a range of international food offerings.
“Western Sydney favourite Dirty Bird food truck is returning to this year’s festival and we’ve added Berlin Bangers, Feast of the East, Kalye, Dutch Poffertjes House, Classic Soft Serve and Pimp My Chimney,” Ms Girgis said.
“Macquarie Bistro is hosting an amazing pop-up restaurant in a shipping container with their very own restaurant and bar.
“Railway Street is already home to some great restaurants. VN Noodle House, Fiji Style Desi Dhaba and Authentic Thai Delight, whose flavour-packed dishes have made them long-time Liverpool favourites.”
Festival goers will also be able to browse boutique market stalls, thanks to The Westies Markets.
“It’s great to have The Westies on board,” Ms Girgis said.
“They’re passionate about Western Sydney and the people who live here. Through their markets, they offer great opportunities to producers of artisan goods, so people buying from them can get to know the maker behind the product.”
Eat Your Heart Out Liverpool will be held on 25 August, 2pm-9pm, in Railway St, Liverpool.
