MCH online booking changes

Online bookings for Bayside Maternal Child Health (MCH) will be out of action from 12 September 2018.

Bayside MCH is moving to a new software program used by Councils across Victoria which does not currently enable online bookings. The new system will help the transfer of records between local government areas when families move.

Bayside introduced online MCH appointment bookings two years ago – earlier than many municipalities.  Currently 5% of appointments are booked online, with 95% of bookings made face to face at MCH appointments or via telephone.

All bookings made prior to 12 September will be transferred to the new system.

MCH appointments can be made in person at an appointment or via telephone on 9599 4755.
