Ballarat (City) 6 Sep 2018

The City of Ballarat is currently seeking to partner with a hospitality company to open a new cafe at the Eureka Centre.

Expression of Interest to operate a cafe and potentially a catering business is now open, closing Wednesday 31 October.

With few cafe options in Ballarat East, the City of Ballarat expects the new hospitality option will provide community members with a place to gather while echoing the wider vision to transition the Eureka Centre into a community hub.

There is also space for a commercial kitchen which would allow a medium to large-scale catering business to operate independently to the cafe.

In 2017/18, approximately 65,000 people visited the centre.

Interested parties are encouraged to contact Eureka Centre Manager Anthony Camm for further information via email at: anthonycamm [at] ballarat.vic.gov.au All submission will need to be marked EOI – Cafe at Eureka Centre and emailed to Mr Camm before the closing date.
