The City of Ballarat has partnered with the Buninyong community to develop the Buninyong Township Plan: Our Township Towards 2040. 

The plan will: 

Establish a long-term community vision for Buninyong  Develop a prioritised action plan and responsibilities for implementation  Guide the City of Ballarat and other authorities to prioritise investment in Buninyong  Provide a sound basis for the community and the City of Ballarat to apply for grants or lobby for funding  Identify potential changes to the Ballarat Planning Scheme to implement land use planning actions to achieve the community’s vision. 

Residents are encouraged to complete a short survey at mysay.ballarat.vic.gov.au, which builds on the feedback already received through a separate community-run consultation process in 2017.  

The survey is available at mysay.ballarat.vic.gov.au until 5pm on Monday 8 October.
