Fun for the whole family at Doggo’s in the Park
City of Bayswater 11 Sep 2018

Bert Wright Park is set for a pawsome afternoon this October as Doggo’s In the Park mini-festival comes to Bayswater.

The all ages, all breeds celebration of all things doggo takes place from 2pm – 4pm on Wednesday 3 October and is open to both dog owners and non-owners alike.

City of Bayswater Mayor Dan Bull said the mini-festival is a wonderful opportunity to improve literacy while celebrating everyone’s best friends.

“Dogs are such important parts of our lives and communities, so what better way to celebrate them than spending an afternoon of doggo inspired fun together.

“Come along and read to visiting Story Dogs Pixie and Tommy or join a Guide Dog Ambassador for a special Dog Storytime.

“Have a stretch at Dog Yoga, get your face painted, visit a bubble station or craft area and enter the Dog Costume Competition for the chance to win fantastic prizes.”
