Keep the kids entertained these coming school holidays with an exciting program of activities from Fairfield City Council.

Fairfield City Mayor Frank Carbone said this spring will usher in a new chapter for the City’s ever-popular water park Aquatopia, with new attractions on the way.

“Aquatopia has been a smash hit with families since it opened two years ago and I’m proud that we are turning up the thrill factor this season with the new Fishpipe ride to open before the school holidays and five new slides to come in summer,” he said.

“As always, there will also be plenty to keep the children active and interested at our libraries, leisure centres, Fairfield Youth and Community Centre and the Fairfield City Museum & Gallery.

“I encourage all families to take advantage of the holiday program this spring and pick activities that inspire and appeal to them.”

The third season of Aquatopia will have swimmers in a spin when it starts on 22 September. The waterpark’s newest attraction – the Fishpipe – will make its debut these holidays. Prepare to get tumbled about while staying cool inside the Fishpipe.

The Fishpipe joins the WaveRider, slides, adventure aqua tower and toddler play area as the park’s main attractions. Later this year, five new high-speed thrill slides are scheduled to open.

Aquatopia is open every day of the school holidays from 11am to 4pm.
