City of Armadale residents and business owners are invited to participate in online activities to help the City understand how you use the website for a chance to win one of two $50 Gift Cards for Armadale Shopping City.
The two online activities are part of a review to ascertain how easy it is for visitors to navigate through the City’s website.
City of Armadale Mayor Henry Zelones OAM, JP said the City’s website is a key tool for communicating with its customers and the review will determine where and how we need to improve the website for stakeholders.
“Over the last year the website received more than 180,000 visitors, so it’s important that its functionality and visual appearance is giving the user the best and most straight forward experience.
“This is an important review for the City and I encourage our residents and local businesses to jump on board to help us by taking part in either one or both of the short activities,” he said.
The ‘first click activity’ takes five to 10 minutes and involves clicking on an image on the website home page to indicate where users click first to find the answer to a question, or to complete a task.
The second activity is a 15 to 20 minute ‘sitemap test’ to measure the functionality of the website. Users have to indicate where they would expect to find the answer to a question or complete a task.
