Lithgow City Council News 13 Sep 2018

Lithgow City Council wishes to advise the temporary closure of Wallerawang Landfill on 17th September 2018 to allow earthworks to take place safely.

The temporary closure is necessary to allow the safe use of machinery to undertake earthworks in preparation for the next landfill cell.

Residents affected may use the Portland landfill on the days of the scheduled closure or the Lithgow solid waste facility to ensure there is minimal inconvenience.
