Road Closure at Bridge Street and Sandford Avenue for Road Works

Lithgow City Council will be undertaking Road Works on the Bridge Street Bridge and Sandford Avenue Bridge from 7:00am to 4:00pm the 8th and 9th of September 2018.

Lithgow City Council will be undertaking day time road works on the Bridge Street and Sandford Avenue over-rail bridges. The road closure will be used to enable Council to undertake works on water reticulation in the area. There will be no expected interruption to service whilst work is undertaken.

The roadworks will be beginning at 7:00am and be completed by 4:00pm. During these times the bridges will be closed with detours in place for vehicles to use Eskbank Street for the duration of the work.
