Lithgow City Council News 5 Sep 2018

Lithgow City Council wishes to advise the temporary closure of Wallerawang Landfill on 6th and 7th September 2018 to allow mulching operations to take place safely.

The temporary closure is necessary to allow the safe use of machinery to shred and stockpile green waste.

Residents affected may use the Portland landfill on the days of the scheduled closure or the Lithgow solid waste facility to ensure there is minimal inconvenience.
