CONNECTED LEARNING CENTRE (CLC) – COMMUNITY CONSULTAION

 Residents are advised that TAFE NSW will be undertaking community consultation in relation to the new CLC in Grenfell by having their staff available in the Grenfell Community Hub to allow the public to inspect the CLC proposal.

 TAFE staff will be available in the Community Hub conference room on Thursday afternoon 31 May, 2018 from 2pm-5pm and Friday 1 June, 2018 from 9.30am-5pm.

Notice is hereby given of street closures between:

6.30 am and 5.00 pm on Saturday 9 June 2018 Burrangong Street from Camp to Main Street, Main Street from Burrangong Street to Rygate Square, Short Street from Melyra Street to Burrangong Street, George Street from Forbes Street to Short Street, George Street from Dalton Street to Grafton Street and Forbes Street from Camp Street to George Street.    6.30 am to 5.00 pm on Saturday 9 June 2018 Forbes Street between Camp and George Streets, West Street between Camp and Young Streets. Unnamed laneway between Burrangong Street to Main Street and Camp Street. Teston Street

6.30 am to 5.30 pm on Sunday 10 June 2018  Main Street from Forbes Street to Granfton Street (mid Western Highway SH6). Unnamed laneway between Min Street and Camp Street.

Dedicated car parking for the Festival on Saturday 9 June 2018 will be available in Camp Street from Weddin Street to Wood Street. Access will be via Weddin Street and Forbes Street. Camp Street will be closed at Wood Street.

The existing taxi rank in Main Street will be temporarily relocated into Forbes Street just north of George Street on Saturday 9 June 2018.

Disabled car parking will be available in Forbes Street between George Street and Main Street.

This notice is authorised under the provisions of Section 22 of the Roads Act 1993.

Inspection:      The application DA 28/2018 for Garage/Shed may be viewed between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.00 pm from 10 May 2018 and 25 May 2018 at the Council’s Office, Camp Street, Grenfell.

Submissions:   Any person may make a submission in writing to the Consent Authority within the advertised period.  Submissions objecting to the development are required to specify the grounds for objection.
