This system of textured surfaces is used to provide a warning that pedestrians are approaching a change in slope, pedestrian crossing or steps. They can also be used to guide people around obstacles such as street furniture.
As tactile surfaces in Cardinia Shire become damaged or reach the end of their life, our contactor replaces the old peel and stick tiles with newer technology. These new tiles are better designed, reinforced to last longer, and are glued and mechanically fixed to the ground.
