The City of Armadale will host a public launch of the new state-of-the-art Rossiter Pavilion in Piara Waters on Saturday 6 October from 4 to 8pm.
The Rossiter Pavilion Opening Party will showcase the facility's stunning grounds with a 6.30pm screening under the stars of The Greatest Showman starring Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron and Michelle Williams, live music performances, face painting, circus workshops, storytelling, Bike Doctor servicing, a craft corner and giant games.
There will also be food trucks serving up a range of cuisine available for purchase courtesy of Little Market Place, and free popcorn will add to the party atmosphere.
The $7.3m light and bright modern facility in Piara Waters boasts a main hall, multipurpose room, a large sports playing field with tiered seating for spectators, meeting room, fully equipped kitchens, children’s playground and an outdoor barbecue area.
City of Armadale Mayor Henry Zelones OAM, JP said that everyone was invited to the opening party to view the new modern facility for themselves.
“As one of the fastest growing regions in Western Australia, the City is proud to announce the addition of the Rossiter Pavilion to its increasing list of high end amenities available for community use.”
The facility is now open for event bookings for private functions (e.g. weddings and birthdays) or use by businesses, government agencies, and not for profit organisations such as clubs, associations and playgroups where special community rates apply with hire opportunities available on a regular basis.
