Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day lighting ceremony

Sunday, October 14, 2018, 4 – 6:30pm Monday 15 October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day, where families and parents across Australia will honour their babies who passed away from miscarriage, stillbirth or newborn death. In commemoration, parents and families are invited to a special Bubbles and Cupcakes event at Mount Gravatt Cemetery and Crematoria on Sunday 14 October, with cupcakes, bottles of bubbly for adults, and bottles of bubbles for the kids. There will be a non-denominational service, with guest speaker Kerry Gordon from Precious Wings and a musical performance, then a lighting ceremony to honour the babies who lit up the world for a short time.
