In accordance with section 3.50 (1)(a) of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the City of Bayswater proposes to temporarily part close Whatley Crescent, Bayswater, for a period of approximately two months commencing 14 June 2018.

The closure is for vehicles only and will be adjacent to 5A and 5B Whatley Crescent, Bayswater, to facilitate construction works for the Forrestfield Airport Link (FAL).

Any person wishing to comment on the closure may lodge a written submission with the undersigned by Friday, 8 June 2018. Submissions should be forwarded to PO Box 467, Morley WA 6943 or [email protected]
