The Town of Claremont has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited. Lot No: 510 Street: 58 Bay View Terrace (cnr Stirling Highway) Suburb: Claremont Proposal: Third Storey Additions and Refurbishment of Existing Commercial Tenancies and Two Large Format Illuminated LED Signs (8.236m x 3m) curved screen facing Stirling Highway and Bay View Terrace intersection and 5.405m x 4.56m screen facing east adjacent Stirling Highway).
Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the Town of Claremont Administration Building, Number One, 308 Stirling Highway, Claremont on weekdays between 8:30am and 5pm. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Town of Claremont in writing on or before the 14th day of September, 2018.
