The Local Government Act (1993) requires Council to revise its policy for the Payment of Expenses and Provision of Facilities to the mayor, deputy mayor and other councillors annually.
A copy of the policy is available for public inspection at the Goolgowi Shire Office; 9-11 Cobram Street Goolgowi, Hillston District Office; 139-145 High Street Hillston, and the Hillston Library; 175 High Street Hillston.
In accordance with section 253 of the Local Government Act, submissions in relation to the policy will be received up to 4pm Wednesday 24 October 2018, for consideration at Council’s meeting to be held 20 November 2018.
