Toowoomba Regional Council Environment and Community Committee Chair Cr Geoff McDonald said “Council’s YouthConnect is inviting young people aged 12 to 24 years from across the Toowoomba Region to come along to an afternoon of fun and laughter as you hunt and scavenge your way around the city while checking out some of the youth services on offer”.

 “Hunting and scavenging has never been more fun. Be ready to rumble from 12pm October 3rd starting at the Toowoomba City Library.

“The hunt will be fast-paced, witty and trick questions thrown into the mix to outsmart and challenge the Sherlock Homes within you.

“On the day, being part of a team, you will get to meet some great new friends, visit fascinating places and at the same time have fun trying to outwit the enemy – well the organisers anyway.

“So slop on some sunscreen, put on the hat, sharpen your detective skills and come along ready to have fun at TRC’s YouthConnect Great City Adventure.

The action does not stop there. From 3pm at the Civic Precinct there will be free a  sausage sizzle, bubble soccer, jumping castle, exploring the worlds within virtual  reality and other awesome activities for all the family.
