Liverpool residents will have plenty of choice when it comes to keeping their children busy during the spring school holiday period.
More than 30 individual events and workshops will be held at Liverpool City Council’s libraries, parks and Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre.
“Council is committed to providing children and families in Liverpool with things to see and do that promote creativity, learning and play,” Liverpool Mayor Wendy Waller said.
“I encourage parents to take advantage of our extensive range of fun children’s activities during the spring school holidays, which aim to keep children happy, healthy and active.”

Holiday Kinder-Craften –$10 per session Tuesday 2, Thursday 4, Monday 8 and Wednesday 10 October, 10am – 11am Creative playgroup for children aged 2 – 5.
Can Do Clay – $10 per session Tuesday 2 and Thursday 11 October, 11am – midday Hand building, moulding and glazing with clay for children with disability.
Art School Holiday School – $50 for two days Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 October, 11.30am – 3.30pm School holiday art program for children aged 6 – 9.
Drama Camp – $75 for three days Tuesday 2, Wednesday 3 and Friday 5 October, 11.30am – 3.30pm Comprehensive course for young drama enthusiasts aged 10 – 12.

Dance Camp – $50 for two days Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 October, 11am – 4pm Children aged 6 – 9 will explore the foundations of dance, working on rhythm and coordination.
Family Makers Club – $10 Saturday 13 October, 10.30am – 12.30pm All ages exhibition tour and art-making workshop for families.
