Local businesses are vital to the Northern Beaches, providing growth and jobs in our area as well as making it a vibrant place to live and work.

We want to smooth the way for all Northern Beaches businesses to succeed and work closely with them to provide quality Council services to our community.

October is NSW Small Business Month and we’ve got a series of free events to get you inspired to start your own business, promote your existing one and top tips on doing business with us!

Doing Business with Council

As Council continues to invest in our community, we need a range of services including trades (electricians, builders), landscaping, catering and specialist consultants. 

Come along and attend one of our free information sessions to hear:

top tips for responding to Council’s Request for Tenders and Quotationshow to navigate local government procurement requirementsnew policies and practices (such as the use of the VendorPanel Marketplace tool) aimed at developing Council’s engagement with local businesses

There may be thousands of customers out there who would love to buy your business’ product or service if they only knew it existed! Marketing can help you to reach this untapped audience.

This highly interactive and fun session with Realise Business who will equip you with a bunch of tactics and tools to reach your market and make you stand out from your competitors. You’ll be even more surprised to know that six of the seven tactics aren’t even online or digital!
